The Wiz - Blackjack Card Counting Computer

We are the inventor and seller of the worlds most powerful, sophisticated and easy to use Blackjack Card Counting Computer "The Wiz"

The Wiz is not only the most powerful Card Counting Computer in the world, but the only one that converts the running count to the true count with the click of a button. It is very sophisticated but easy to use. The Wiz works better than any card counting system and, used correctly, averages a 3.5% advantage over the casino. Anyone that knows Card Counting knows that the card counters advantage will average between 1.0 and 1.5%. This truly revolutionary device will, in effect double the normal card counters win rate. NO MATTER WHAT COUNT METHOD he used in the past.

Q. Why is The Wiz better than counting?

A. The Wiz does all the work...

The player simply enters the info and the Wiz, with a click of a button supplies you with the True Count so you can make the proper bet. As any card counter will tell you, the hardest part of counting cards is converting info into a usable betting system.

The Wiz limits mistakes and reduces fatigue while giving you perfect info each and every time. Mistakes of omission and/or commission will kill your advantage. In other words, if you forget the count you must start over, losing the opportunity to make potentially valuable bets. Forgetting to convert to the True Count can lead to bets you should not have made. Never again wonder if you made a mistake. Simply input the info and click a button for perfect hand evaluation every time.

Q. How does The Wiz work?

A. Operated by two AAA batteries, The Wiz operates by inputting the running count with toe buttons. We use the Hi-Lo Count. In this count the value of the cards is as follows: Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10 have a value of -1(minus one) while 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 have a value of +1(plus one) and 7, 8, 9 have a value of 0(Zero).You simply input the count into the computer as you see it develop. This will keep a running count of the cards you have seen. When you need the count in order to make a decision simply simultaneously press the 0 and -1 buttons and the computer will vibrate up to five times indicating that you have a plus 1,2, 3, 4, or 5 true count. The Wiz does the math. The plus count is limited to a high of plus 5 because that is the highest count you will need to know in order to implement your betting strategy. In the event that you do not get a vibration you will know that you're in a minus count and you will continue with the minimum bet.

Q. What other features does The Wiz have to help me?

A. The Wiz is also equipped with an On/Off switch to conserve your batteries. Always be sure The Wiz is in the ON mode when using it. Another feature is a Reset Button that is used to reset the count to 0(Zero) when the dealer is shuffling. Each new deal ALWAYS starts at Zero. Another great feature is the deck selection switch. This switch sets the number of decks you will be playing. This feature allows you to get accurate True Counts every time because it automatically knows how many cards are being played. WARNING: In order to obtain correct info the Selection Switch MUST be set to the proper number of decks

Q. What is the True Count and why is it so important?

A. In a single deck game the True Count is also the Running Count. However in two or more deck games the True Count is the product of the Running Count divided by the estimated cards left in the decks. In card counting ALL minus counts are bad. However, some plus counts are better than others and we need to know how a plus count relates to our betting strategy, or how much we should bet in a given situation.

Here is an example of the True Count: It's a six deck game and the Running Count is +5. There are 5 decks remaining to be played. To find the True Count you divide the Running Count of +5 by the decks remaining and your True Count is +1. Now, let's take the same stats: Running Count is +5 but now there is only one deck remaining. The True Count is now +5. Clearly, there is a big difference.

The importance of the True Count is that the higher the True Count relative to the decks remaining the more 10 value cards there are left in the deck and the more 10 value cards the better for the player.

Q. Why buy The Wiz, I know there are other devices on the market?

A. There are several reasons to buy The Wiz. First and foremost it does exactly what we advertise.

There is one online competitor that claims to count cards and track the shuffle. The person who sells this device is a convicted scam artist. There is no device that can shuffle track. He sells this device for $7500. Please beware of this scam artist.

Others do work, as far as they go, but all have drawbacks in either usability and/or price. The iPhone app that is sold very cheaply cannot be used in any casino because it cannot be hidden. It makes a good practice device but that's about it. There is another that is an adaption of Taft's original computer, George, which Ken Uston used in the 70's in Las Vegas to win millions. This one requires from 6 months to a year of practice to use comfortably in the casinos. I downloaded the instruction manual and was overwhelmed by its complexity and I've been a card counter for over 30 years. By the way, the last time I looked it was selling for $2600 and the sellers attitude as far as support is very bad. There is another one that sells for from $99 to $199 that looks like a car door opener. It works but doesn't give the True Count and cannot be used in the casino without keeping one hand in your pocket for the entire time you play. Please believe me when I say, the dealers and floor personnel will have you figured out in minutes (not hours or days). The last one I will discuss is one from a person in the UK. It works. It keeps the running count but does not convert to the True Count. The one I observed had issues with loose wires and the battery is placed in the same compartment with the computer. This is not a good situation because every time the computer is touched there is a good chance of damaging the device. This one sells for $1500.

Q. How big is The Wiz?

A. The Wiz measures 3 3/4"x2 3/8"x3/4" and fits nicely in your pocket.

Q. Can I use The Wiz anywhere?

A. No. As of this writing there are 9 states which have laws restricting the use of electronic devices used to gain an advantage in casino gambling. The severity of the punishment varies by state. We will never condone anyone using The Wiz in an illegal manner and urge you to check the laws in any jurisdiction you wish to play in.

The 9 states where there are laws barring the use of electronic devices are Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey and Nevada. Although legislation was introduced in Colorado I have not been able to find out if it was passed or not. At this writing there are 2898 casinos in the USA in 29 states. Currently there are 20 states where it is LEGAL to use The Wiz, those states represent 2359 total casinos. Worldwide there are innumerable casinos, including cruise ships (my favorite spots) with no laws against electronic devices.

Q. How do I enter the Running Count into The Wiz?

A. That's the easy part. The Wiz comes with a wire harness with four wires that have buttons on the opposite end of the computer connection. The wires are clearly marked +1,-1, 0 and RESET. Simply run the wire marked RESET to your stomach, your pocket or anywhere that you are comfortable with it. It will only be used when the deck or the shoe has been finished and the dealer is shuffling. When you reset it the count reverts to 0 (Zero) and you are ready to proceed. Remember that it MUST be reset to 0 prior to starting a new deck or shoe.

The running count is controlled by the remaining three buttons. You can hide them anywhere you wish. We have found that the best places are the big toes on both feet. The way I do it is to place the +1 (plus 1 button) under the big toe on my right foot, the 0 (Zero) button on top of the big toe on my right foot and place the -1 (Minus 1) button under the big toe on my left foot. The Wiz, itself I place in my left side pocket, cut a small hole in my pocket so I can connect the wire harness to The Wiz. I am now ready to go. But first let me say that this is by no means the only place you can hide The Wiz. Some people tape it to their leg, some use an Ace Bandage, some wear Cargo Pants and use one of the lower pockets.

It should be set up for the number of decks and turned on before you arrive at the table so you are ready to go.

I always click the RESET button before beginning the count to be sure I'm starting at Zero. Another thing you must remember is that if you enter the game in the middle of the deck or shoe you must not start the count until the deck or shoe is finished. This is critical. DO NOT start your count until the dealer shuffles.

Everything is hooked up and you are ready to go. All that you need to do is input the cards as you see them by clicking the appropriate toe button. At the end of each hand you will simultaneously click the -1 and 0 buttons and The Wiz will vibrate from once to five times to indicate the true plus count. If it doesn't vibrate the true count is either Zero or minus. You will feel the vibration but no one can hear it so it's virtually undetectable.

More facts you should know about The Wiz:

It is virtually indestructible which enables us to offer a Lifetime Warranty on The Wiz, the Warranty is on the computer and not on the wiring harness or toe buttons. We guarantee the computer only. We stock wiring harnesses and toe buttons which can be purchased very inexpensively. The battery compartment and computer compartment are separate so there is no reason to open the computer compartment. Please don't open the computer compartment, it is sealed and if the seal is broken the Warranty is voided.

The computer comes equipped with two seals. As long as the seals are intact the Warranty is in place and will be honored.

We will replace The Wiz for Free, no questions asked, and will provide Free Shipping to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for shipping the broken Wiz back to us. Simply email us at admin@learn-winning-blackjack.com and we will send you the address to send back your broken Wiz.

You can find on our Order Page the cost of the wire harness and the individual toe buttons.

We have kept The Wiz as simple to use as humanly possible. We are of the opinion that the simpler to use the fewer mistakes and the fewer mistakes the more money you will make. We have published on this website Basic Strategy cards and the correct money management to use with The Wiz. Be sure that you memorize the Basic Strategy and Money Management pages. Card Counting without learning Basic Strategy and Money Management is worthless.

Don't forget that the True Count will only vibrate if the count is PLUS. If it is Zero or Minus nothing will happen. Another thing, never click the RESET button in the middle of a deck or shoe as it will reset to Zero. RESET only at the end of the deck or shoe when the dealer is shuffling.

The algorithm we use to determine the remaining decks is done in quarter decks rather than full or half decks to get the closest possible True Count. When you press the 0 and -1 buttons together to get the True Count it will already be rounded off to the lowest number. For instance, if The Wiz determines the count to be +2.67 it will automatically round it off to +2. The reason for this is that we tend to be conservative in nature and want you to be a little conservative too.

Which brings the question-What were they thinking when they bought The Wiz.

In the late 1970's and early 1980's I owned 2 card counting schools near Philadelphia, PA. A couple of students came to me complaining that they were playing perfectly but always lost. I went to the casino with them and watched from behind while they played. Within the first 15 minutes of play they averaged five or more basic strategy mistakes.

What I realized was that they really didn't want to win, they simply wanted to blame someone else for losing. They needed help I couldn't give them. GA was their only salvation. My point is that if you really want to win then The Wiz is for you. But if you have a gambling problem see a professional counselor.
